All 3P Planners products are digital PDF downloads. Because files cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
When we refund
- The file is faulty or corrupted and we cannot send a working copy.
- You bought the same product twice by mistake.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
How to request
Email info@3p-planners.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
EU customers
At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins. Your other mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
